Although coordinating a wedding definitely involves a lot of stress, arrangements, and setbacks, at AbogadaPR, we ensure flexibility, support, and education throughout the process. Ultimately, as the couple, you decide the type of ceremony you want, and we are here to accommodate your wishes and make this day a dream come true. Our service stands out for offering: ⚖ Virtual guidance during extended hours. ⚖ Virtual document exchange without compromising confidentiality and data security. ⚖ Assistance in the process of obtaining the marriage license from the Demographic Registry. ⚖ We provide various rituals for the ceremony, such as the sand ceremony, candle ceremony, tree ceremony, rose ceremony, and wine ceremony. ⚖ We officiate the ceremony at your preferred location throughout Puerto Rico, on any day of the week, subject to availability. Terms and Conditions: 1) Residency in Puerto Rico is required, and you must meet the legal requirements to get married in Puerto Rico. Non-resident/s of Puerto Rico, should choose the Destination Weddings option. 2) For individuals aged 21 and older and for weddings to take place within the jurisdiction of Puerto Rico. 3) At the moment, only weddings to be held in 2025-2026 are being reserved, and are subject to availability of the agenda. 4) The price includes an initial consultation, seals for the vows, the ceremony, and the registration of the marriage in the Demographic Registry. It does NOT include processing the Marriage Certificate or its corresponding seal. 5) If you wish to include Prenuptial Agreements after making the reservation, an additional fee will apply for that service. 6) If you complete the reservation and do not make the 1st payment within 48 hours, your reservation will be canceled. 7) Once you have reserved the service, you will receive an email to fill out the required form, and the contract will be signed. Prior to the ceremony, calls and virtual guidance will be coordinated to explain all the details of the process. 8) The 1st payment is non-refundable and will be credited towards the total invoiced fees. 9) The remaining balance must be paid in two installments, as determined in the Professional Services Contract.
