Although coordinating a destination wedding entails a lot of stress, efforts, and setbacks, at AbogadaPR we assure you flexibility, support, and guidance in the process. Certainly, you as a couple decide the type of ceremony you want and we are here to please you and make this day a dream come true. Our service stands out for providing: ⚖ Virtual orientations and extended hours. ⚖ Virtual exchange of documents without jeopardizing the confidentiality and security of your data. ⚖ We process the marriage license with the Demographic Registry. ⚖ Different rituals for the ceremony, such as sand, candle, tree, rose, and wine. ⚖ Officiate the ceremony at your preferred location throughout Puerto Rico and every day of the week, subject to schedule availability. ⚖ LGBTQIA+ and Spanish/English/bilingual weddings. ⚖ Registration of the marriage in the Demographic Registry, request of the Marriage Certificate and we send it to your destination. Terms and Conditions: 1) Be NON-resident/s and meet the legal requirements to get married in Puerto Rico. 2) Be 21 years of age or older and for weddings to be held in the jurisdiction of Puerto Rico. 3) At the moment, only weddings to be held in 2025-2026 are being reserved, and are subject to availability of the agenda. 4) The price includes orientation, processing of the wedding license, the celebration and marriage registration, request of the Marriage Certificate, and all associated fees (aprox. $55). 5) If you wish to include prenuptial agreement, the current price for said service will be charged additionally. 6) If you complete the reservation and do not make the 1st payment within 48 hours, your reservation will be cancelled. 7) After booking, you will receive an email to fill out the required form, and be able to proceed to sign the contract. Prior to the ceremony, calls and virtual orientation will be coordinated to explain all the details of the process. 8) The 1st payment is non-refundable and will be credited to the total fees to be invoiced. 9) The remaining balance must be paid in two installments, as determined in the Professional Services Contract.
